Nice and big, very lightweight. The cork is quite thin so the pins that come with it stick through to the other side. But other than that, good board.

This was quite a rather huge disappointment actually. - VERY thin - the push pins went *through* to the back (you can see their 'points' sticking through) - VERY flimsy - I do not see this lasting for very long (not that we'll play football with it!) Pinning things up! Taking things down - I See the board 'bowing' slightly - I have to hold it (absolutely) or I fear that I could break it! Good things perhaps! - it's a very good size for home 'bizzies' (appointments and a calendar, business cards) -(But will not take a 'pen cup or basket' unless 'hooked' over the top?) - the size though is perfect - it's holding our appointments! calendar! some cards and receipts! (they were getting scattered!) So.. the only plus side of this board to me, was it's size and that it's a temporary fix to 'hold our bizzies' other than that - I really think this board (Costing what it is) is a rip off..... :/ sorry. (if you need something fast, hold things up - and don't need to worry about the back side with push pins - this would do the job for a while!) otherwise oh I So cannot recommend this board!! >.< Sorry!! (VERY VERY lightweight - came in a HORRIBLY huge cardboard box - unnecessary packaging really!! tho it IS flimsy soooo maybe that's why! :S ) best wishes on your bulletin board hunt!!

This isn't a cork board, it's a thin cardboard board with a cork veneer. It's lightweight because there's nothing to it. As you can see from the pic of the frame, it's not even put together with any care. I ended up cutting the box it came in and gluing another layer of cardboard to the back just so I have something to stick into. If you want something that just looks like a cork pinboard from a distance then this is fine, otherwise avoid.
