Despite the low price, I was hoping for a better quality board than this. The cork is very thin, and as such, is not likely to last very long if pins are being put in and out on a regular basis. The size is perfect and it seems that better quality boards are bigger, which is why I opted for this one.

I didn't like the smell it absolutely stinks. Trying to air it outside on a nice day, the horrible smell is going slowly but I think it will be a while before I can bring it back into the house.

One complaint is that when sticking pins into it the lack of a backboard makes it so that you will be poking tiny holes into the paint of your wall, its easy to remove but just to let others know

Disappointed with the quality of this item. It is flimsy, has no back and the cork is barley a couple of milimeters thin if that and flaky. It had a long scratch on the front with bits of the cork already falling out. There are also folds and line indents on the reverse. The pine frame edging was tidy but thats really the only good point I can muster. Mine came up 5 mm smaller than advertised. Not a fault but be aware the stated dimensions are not of the useable cork area but the whole. So it is annoyingly slightly too narrow for 2 portrait orientation A4 paper next to each other. What a shame. Back to the drawing board!
