Nice wooden map to have on a large wall, I had fun putting it together and agree the tape can be a pain but this is not your issue as this is the best solution to use. Not sure if this is by design or not but the back of South Africa has two holes which neither are cut on the front.

This looks amazing in my sons room, excuse the bedding as awaiting new matching bedding to arrive, took me 2 hrs to put up on my own and balancing on his bed as I had moved all furniture back after decorating and could not pull bed back out probably. An hour tops if I had had easier access to his wall. I did listen to other reviews and bought extra sticky back tape which I only used a tiny bit of. The tape is hard to work with, as it’s hard to peel when cut and stuck on the map pieces. I decided to peel the tape on the roll it’s self then cut pieces I required and could stretch them across the pieces of map, needing less tape. I probably would have not needed an extra roll if I had figured this in first place. The picture really does not do it justice as the detail is beautiful.

The map itself is well crafted and looks good. The pieces feel like they are good quality. The adhesive that comes with it is poor and will destroy your soul if you keep trying to use it. The red backing tape is so difficult to remove, it would take hours and hours if you use it so we had to source our own. Many of the smaller pieces don’t have flag holes in, which is a shame. All in all, looks good when complete and is a good price. I would recommend.

A very well made and beautiful item. Great quality and exactly how it looks on the photographs. Takes about 3 hours to put up but that’s time very well spent. Peeling the plastic covering off the double sided tape will drive you to distraction but that’s not their fault. Highly recommend this product.

Absolutely love this map, the detail is fantastic and the quality is high. It’s been made to be as simple as possible with Ukrainian goods providing a template and easy to follow instructions. The only downside is the time it takes to actually piece it together, i spent around 3 hours doing it all but then again if it came pre assembled you’d loose the 3d of it so it’s well worth the time. I had read reviews about there not being enough tape so I used it sparingly and i managed. The double sided tape seems strong, kind of like superglue in tape form (I had to use tweezers to peel the backing off) So if you plan on moving it about I’d suggest getting some ply or mdf as a base.

We have been very excited to receive our wooden world map and to the most it hasn’t disappointed. Beautifully made and very interesting to look at. Damaged! Unfortunately we began fitting the pieces to the wall and found a couple of damaged pieces. By the time we found the damaged pieces we were in to far to rip them down and send the whole thing back for replacement We found the C on our Atlantic Ocean is snapped and damage to the corner of Russia. TOP TIP - check ALL parts for damage before you commence affixing to your wall. We were going to reach out to the company for a replacement of the individual pieces but the seller is not contactable. Amazon can only exchange the entire kit. Our 3 star review is only because we now look at damaged items everyday and does not represent the 5 stars we would have given. This is a lovely product and looks incredible within our Home Office

This is a really lovely piece of wall art, it gets so many comments from friends. Everyone who's seen it wants one... Beautifully packaged and easy to arrange - even for someone like me who is rubbish at geography - it's helping me learn where all the countries are at long last! There is a trick to getting the sticky stuff to stick, so was a little bit fiddly at the start, but we soon figured it out and got it done in a few hours at the weekend. Highly recommend. (And get as big a size as you can fit in your space, it's worth it)

I bought the Large one. It's well made and sturdy and packaged well. Double sided tape is a pain, stuck to everything except the wood! The 2 rolls were enough though. Great wall feature. Allow a few hours to assemble.

First thing people do when they come in my house is go to my map. It’s a good thing to use to decide where your next trip is and something to bring back a great memory. I had to order serval boxes of airplanes to show where I’ve been. I wish I’d gotten the 3xl. But the Xl does look good.

Imballaggio perfettamente integro ed arrivato nei tempi previsti. La mappa è stupenda. In vero legno. Alcune isole e parti (tipo la Groenlandia) sono pezzi molto piccoli e c'è da stare attenti durante il montaggio, possono rompersi. Il montaggio è un po' farraginoso,armatevi di un po' di pazienza ,un metro e consiglio anche altro biadesivo e nastro carta per attaccare i contorni al muro che vi serviranno da guida per poter montare tutta la mappa. Non è difficile ma ci vogliono un po' di ore per finire il lavoro. Alla fine l effetto è spettacolare! È di ottima qualità!
